METASIA: A Fusion of Art, AI, and Utopia
As part of Tides for Change at Climate Week NYC 2024, METASIA by Yacine AIT KACI redefined immersive storytelling. Blending art, AI, AR, and VR, it took audiences on a multi-sensory journey exploring climate action, creativity, and a sustainable future.
With live violin by Andrei Matorin, METASIA transformed the gallery into a dynamic digital landscape, merging technology and artistry to inspire reflection on humanity’s connection to the planet and the urgency of environmental action.

Bridging Awareness and Action Through Creativity
Climate change advocacy faces a persistent challenge: how to transform awareness into meaningful engagement. The abstract nature of environmental issues—like ocean pollution and sustainability—often leaves audiences disconnected or overwhelmed, hindering the drive to act.
At WeCare Impact, we recognized the need for a more transformative approach—one that could use art and technology to evoke emotional connections, inspire reflection, and empower change. With this vision, METASIA was curated as a cornerstone of the Tides for Change activation, creating an immersive experience that turned abstract environmental challenges into a deeply personal journey.

At WeCare Impact, we believe in the transformative power of art and technology to inspire action and drive meaningful change. For METASIA, our approach focused on creating an immersive experience that bridged the gap between abstract environmental challenges and personal engagement.
